Lite olika moment att g\u00f6ra men det mesta g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>500 g oxinnanl\u00e5r<br \/>1 msk pressad citronjuice<br \/>2 msk god olivolja, salt och svartpeppar<br \/>salt och svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div><strong>Syrad l\u00f6k<\/strong><br \/>1 liten gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\u00bd dl \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<br \/>2 msk vatten<br \/>1 msk str\u00f6socker<br \/>salt<\/div>\n<div><strong>Rostad mandel och purjol\u00f6ksaska<\/strong><br \/>ca 10 cm av det gr\u00f6na p\u00e5 purjol\u00f6ken<br \/>1\/2 dl grovt hackad mandel<\/div>\n<div><strong>V\u00e4sterbottensostmajonn\u00e4s<\/strong> (r\u00e4cker till fler men \u00e4r sv\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra mindre av)<br \/>2 \u00e4ggulor<br \/>2 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<br \/>1 tsk dijonsenap<br \/>1 \u00bd dl olja med neutral smak<br \/>60 g v\u00e4sterbottensost<\/div>\n<div><strong>Till servering<\/strong><br \/>k\u00f6rvel och lite machesallad<\/div>\n<div><strong>Syrad l\u00f6k<\/strong><br \/>Skala och halvera l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i fina klyftor. Koka upp vin\u00e4ger, vatten och str\u00f6socker i en liten kastrull. L\u00e4gg ner l\u00f6ken, l\u00e5t det koka upp och dra sedan av kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan. Sila sedan bort lagen fr\u00e5n l\u00f6ken f\u00f6re servering.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Rostad mandel och purjol\u00f6ksaska<\/strong><br \/>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 C. L\u00e4gg purjol\u00f6ksbladet i en ugnsfast form. Ugnsbaka de ca 20-30 minuter tills de \u00e4r helt torra och genomsvarta. L\u00e4gg mandeln i en ugnsfast form och ugnsbaka ca 10 minuter tills de har en fin rostad f\u00e4rg.<\/div>\n<div><strong>V\u00e4sterbottensostmajonn\u00e4s<\/strong><br \/>L\u00e4gg ner \u00e4ggulor, vin\u00e4ger och dijonsenap i en matberedare. Starta matberedaren och tills\u00e4tt sedan oljan droppvis under mixning till en fin majonn\u00e4s. Finriv osten och mixa ner. Smaka av med salt.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Tartaren<\/strong><br \/>Finhacka k\u00f6ttet och smaks\u00e4tt med olivoljan, citronjuicen, salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg upp tartaren p\u00e5 4 tallrikar och toppa med mandeln, smula \u00f6ver lite purjol\u00f6ksaska. Plocka \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken och toppa med lite v\u00e4sterbottensostmajonn\u00e4s. Avsluta med n\u00e5gra fina machesalladsblad och lite fina k\u00f6rvelblad.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4ttegott och kul att testa lite olika varianter. Vi gjorde lite shoestrings till och hade i lite krossad friterad vitl\u00f6k i tartarblandningen.
