Skala och sk\u00e4r i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Hacka l\u00f6k och ansjovis.<br \/>Blanda potatis, l\u00f6k, ansjovis, ansjovisspad och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<br \/>V\u00e4nd ner \u00e4pplet strax f\u00f6re servering.<br \/>Vid servering: L\u00e4gg upp ansjovisr\u00f6ran i glas. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret tills det skummar och har en gyllene f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll det brynta sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver ansjovisr\u00f6ran.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>En sp\u00e4nnande r\u00e4tt var \u00e4ven tj\u00e4lkn\u00f6l av lamm, det ska jag testa fler ggr, k\u00f6ttet blev v\u00e4ldigt gott.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u00a0<br \/>6\u20138 portioner<br \/>Tj\u00e4lkn\u00f6l:<br \/>cirka 1,3 kg lammstek, fryst<br \/>3 gula l\u00f6kar<br \/>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>1 \u00bd liter vatten<br \/>1 \u00bd dl salt<br \/>8 hela svartpepparkorn<br \/>4 lagerblad<br \/>5\u20136 kvistar f\u00e4rsk rosmarin<br \/>\u00be dl honung<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 75\u00b0. L\u00e4gg den frysta lammsteken i en ugnsform och tillaga i ugnen i 9\u201310 timmar, eller tills innertemperaturen \u00e4r cirka 68\u00b0.<\/div>\n<div>Skala och klyfta l\u00f6ken. Skala och dela vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna. Blanda l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k med resten av ingredienserna i en stor kastrull.<br \/>Koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda i n\u00e5gra minuter.
