Innan dess var vi inne p\u00e5 \u00d6stermalms Saluhall f\u00f6r att handla lite r\u00e5varor. Lite lax, torsk och r\u00e4kor stod p\u00e5 ink\u00f6pslistan samt lite dill, sallad och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. De hade ramsl\u00f6k i gr\u00f6nsaksdisken f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och jag blev s\u00e5 sugen, gillar ramsl\u00f6k men sn\u00e5ltarmen gjorde sig h\u00f6rd, 100 kr\u00a0 f\u00f6r mycket, speciellt n\u00e4r\u00a0jag\u00a0inte skulle ha det till n\u00e5got recept.<br \/>\u00c4r s\u00e5 fint i saluhallen, \u00e4lskar att g\u00e5 omkring och titta p\u00e5 alla r\u00e5varor.<\/p>\n<p>Vi k\u00f6pte vad vi skulle ha och fikade lite innan vi \u00e5kte hem och f\u00f6rberedda middagen.<\/p>\n<p><em>4 portioner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>400 g torskf\u00e4rs<br \/> 200 g laxf\u00e4rs<br \/> 1 knippe finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<br \/> 2 \u00e4ggulor<br \/> 1 msk sweet chilisauce<br \/> sm\u00f6r till stekning<br \/> salt &amp; peppar<br \/><em>Till servering: <\/em><br \/> 4 hamburgerbr\u00f6d<br \/> salladsblad eller sp\u00e4da r\u00f6dbetsblad<br \/> 1 liten r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/> tomat<br \/> r\u00e4ksallad (Se nedan)<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser till en smidig smet. Forma fyra stora burgare. Stek dem i rikligt med sm\u00f6r i en het stekpanna 3-4 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga.<\/p>\n<p>Grilla br\u00f6den som hastigast och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 salladsblad, fiskburgare och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k. Toppa med en rej\u00e4l klick r\u00e4ksallad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e4ksallad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 g skalade r\u00e4kor<br \/> 1 dl majon\u00e4s<br \/> 1 dl gr\u00e4ddfil<br \/> 1 tsk dijonsenap<br \/> 2 msk fint skuren dill<br \/> 2 msk fint skuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<br \/> salt &amp; peppar<\/p>\n<p>Blanda f\u00f6rst ihop alla ingredienser f\u00f6rutom r\u00e4korna. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
