Det har jag aldrig testat, men vi k\u00f6r, svarade jag.<br \/>S\u00e5 fram med recept och alla ingredienser.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Hollandaise<\/h2>\n<p><span><span><em>100 g sm\u00f6r 2 \u00e4gg gulor 1 msk vitt vin 1 msk citronsaft Salt Nymalen peppar<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><br \/>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. Blanda \u00e4ggulor och vin i en bunke. Koka upp\u00a0 vatten i en kastrull och l\u00e5t sjuda p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. St\u00e4ll bunken med\u00a0 \u00e4ggulor och vin \u00f6ver det sjudande vattnet och vispa tills \u00e4ggblandningen\u00a0 tjocknar, tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret lite i taget under vispning. Tag s\u00e5sen fr\u00e5n\u00a0 v\u00e4rmen och smaka upp med citronsaft, salt och peppar.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Pocherade \u00e4gg<\/h2>\n<p><span><span><em>1 \u00bd l vatten 2 msk \u00e4ttika 4 svenska \u00e4gg<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><span><br \/>Koka upp vatten och \u00e4ttiksprit. L\u00e5t vattnet sjuda. Kn\u00e4ck ett \u00e4gg i taget\u00a0 i en kopp. L\u00e5t \u00e4gget glida ner i vattnet och l\u00e5t det sjuda n\u00e5gon minut\u00a0 tills vitan \u00e4r fast runt om men \u00e4ggulan fortfarande l\u00f6s. Ta upp \u00e4gget\u00a0 med h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e4gg det p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper f\u00f6r att torka.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h2>\n<p><span><em>Mixad sallad, r\u00f6kt skinka, vattenkrasse 4 skivor fr\u00e5n en baguette<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/> L\u00e4gg upp br\u00f6det p\u00e5 en tallrik och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 sallad, skinka och det\u00a0 pocherade \u00e4gget. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver hollandaise-s\u00e5sen. Dekorera med vattenkrasse.<\/span><\/div>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<div><span>Blev riktigt gott med en kopp S\u00f6derte till och pocherat \u00e4gg \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att g\u00f6ra.
