I l\u00f6rdags var vi hos M:s pappa och l\u00e4mnade tillbaka bilen som M l\u00e5nade i fredags. Hj\u00e4lpte honom att s\u00e4tta ut en annons p\u00e5 hans l\u00e4genhet s\u00e5 det ringde hela tiden och min mail fylldes ganska snabbt.<br \/>Hem och b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6rbereda middagen, ratatouille med entrecote.<br \/>Idag har vi haft en gammal arbetskamrat till M p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k, j\u00e4ttetrevlig och kul att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 ratatouillen.<br \/>Lite omst\u00e4ndig att g\u00f6ra mot hur jag har gjort tidigare men klart v\u00e4rt &#8221;besv\u00e4ret&#8221;. Blev verkligen j\u00e4ttegott!<\/p>\n<p>2 stora r\u00f6da paprikor<\/p><\/div>\n<div>olivolja<\/div>\n<div>2 medelstora squash<\/div>\n<div>2 medelstora aubergine<\/div>\n<div>flingsalt och nymald svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>torkad oregano<\/div>\n<div>2 gula l\u00f6kar<\/div>\n<div>1 stor bifftomat<\/div>\n<div>1 dl grovt hackad basilika<\/div>\n<div>1-2 tsk f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader.L\u00e4gg paprikorna i en form med lite olivolja och rosta i ugnen i ca 25 minuter. V\u00e4nd d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Skalet ska bli svart och bubbligt.<\/div>\n<div>2. L\u00e4gg dem i en plastp\u00e5se (eller i en burk med lock) l\u00e5te det \u00e5nga i ca 5 minuter. Skala och dela paprikorna. Ta bort k\u00e4rnhusen och sk\u00e4r paprikorna i strimlor.<\/div>\n<div>3. Sk\u00e4r squashen i tjocka stavar och salta dem l\u00e4tt. L\u00e5t ligga i 10 minuter. Torka av dem l\u00e4tt. Hetta upp en skv\u00e4tt olivolja i en stor panna och stek dem lite i taget s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r en vacker f\u00e4rg. R\u00f6r inte runt utan skaka pannan l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 slutet.<\/div>\n<div>4. Sk\u00e4r auberginen i l\u00e5nga skivor och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Salta och peppra. Rosta i ugnen i cirka 15 minuter tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 en nypa oregano. L\u00e5t dem svalna lite. L\u00e4gg skivorna p\u00e5 varandra och sk\u00e4r l\u00e5nga remsor.<\/div>\n<div>5. Skala och klyfta l\u00f6karna grovt och l\u00e4gg i en kastrull med l\u00e4ttsaltast vatten och sjud dem i cirka 10 minuter. L\u00e5t rinna av i ett durkslag.<\/div>\n<div>6. Sk\u00e4r tomaten i grova t\u00e4rningar och blanda med basilika.<\/div>\n<div>7. Blanda allt varsamt med h\u00e4nderna i en stor sk\u00e5lk.
