Hacka alla n\u00f6tter och l\u00e4gg i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt havregryn, fiberhavregryn, havrekli, solrosk\u00e4rnor och blanda.<\/div>\n<div>R\u00f6r samman farinsocker, l\u00f6nnsirap, honung, olja, kanel, vaniljsocker och salt i en kastrull och koka upp och h\u00e4ll ner i bunken. Blanda v\u00e4l och sprid ut det p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Rosta mitt i ugnen i ca 23 minuter och r\u00f6r runt ett par ggr under tiden. L\u00e5t svalan helt och blanda sen i russin och tranb\u00e4r.
