{"id":838410240,"date":"2018-01-21T21:55:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-21T20:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kakann.se\/2018\/january\/sondagssoppa.html"},"modified":"2018-01-21T21:55:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-21T20:55:00","slug":"2018_january_sondagssoppa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kakann.se\/?p=838410240","title":{"rendered":"S\u00f6ndagssoppa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Jag och M satt och tittade lite efter soppor f\u00f6r ett senare projekt n\u00e4r M hittade den h\u00e4r soppan som han ville testa till middag.\u00a0<br \/>N\u00e5gra moment att g\u00f6ra men v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt att testa p\u00e5 och &#8221;salladen&#8221; blev v\u00e4ldigt god att ha till.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Soppa:<br \/>200 g tunt skivad jord\u00e4rtskockor <br \/>200 g grovhackade skogschampinjoner <br \/>2 tunt skivade schalottenl\u00f6kar <br \/>1 hackad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta <br \/>1 msk olivolja med smak av citron <br \/>1 msk sm\u00f6r<br \/>\u00bd msk plockad f\u00e4rsk timjan <br \/>2 dl vitt vin <br \/>1 liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong <br \/>1\u00bc dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk salt <br \/>1 krm cayennepeppar<\/div>\n<div>Sallad:<br \/>100 g tunt skivad jord\u00e4rtskockor <br \/>\u00bd dl matolja <br \/>4 tunt skivade skogschampinjoner <br \/>50 g sm\u00f6r\u00a0<br \/>\u00bd tsk salt <br \/>1 tsk svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>L\u00f6kcr\u00e8me:<br \/>100 g finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k <br \/>2 msk vitvinsvin\u00e4ger <br \/>1\u00bc dl cr\u00e8me fraiche\u00a0<br \/>\u00bd tsk salt <br \/>1 krm svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>Till servering:<br \/>100 g mach\u00e9sallad<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/div>\n<div>Soppa:<br \/>Fr\u00e4s jord\u00e4rtskocka, svamp, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olja och sm\u00f6r n\u00e5gra minuter utan att det tar f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt timjan, vin och buljong. L\u00e5t sjuda tills allt \u00e4r mjukt ca 5 min.<br \/>Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t och tills\u00e4tt cr\u00e8me fraiche. Koka upp och smaka av med salt och kajennpeppar.<\/div>\n<div>Sallad:<br \/>Fr\u00e4s jord\u00e4rtskockan hastigt i olja s\u00e5 de blir gyllenbruna. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper. Stek svampen i sm\u00f6r, salta och peppra.<\/div>\n<div>L\u00f6kcr\u00e8me:<br \/>Skala och finhacka l\u00f6ken. Koka den med vin\u00e4ger tills v\u00e4tskan n\u00e4stan kokat bort, l\u00e5t kallna. Vispa cr\u00e8me fraiche och v\u00e4nd samman med l\u00f6ken, smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/div>\n<div>Vid servering:<br \/>L\u00e4gg upp l\u00f6kcr\u00e8me p\u00e5 en tallrik och toppa med marchesallad, jord\u00e4rtskocka och svamp.
