Har st\u00e5tt och strukit lite och tittat p\u00e5 tv, dock inte Kardashians idag utan engelska Masterchef, funkade bra det med som avkoppling. Sonen har varit inne p\u00e5 M:s jobb och arbetat lite med hans kompis Max s\u00e5 vi \u00e5kte och h\u00e4mtade dem n\u00e4r de jobbat klart, hem och gjorde i ordning kv\u00e4llens middag som blev Lammf\u00e4rsbiffar med tabouleh,n\u00e5got vi gjort tidigare och \u00e4r j\u00e4ttegott. Du blandar lammf\u00e4rs med lammf\u00e4rskryddor (vi har en specialvariant) men det g\u00e5r ju att ta andra kryddor och ett \u00e4gg och kramar ihop som en j\u00e4rpe runt en lite grillpinne. <br \/>Tabouleh g\u00f6r du p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande s\u00e4tt: (min variant)<\/p>\n<p>I dl couscous eller bulgur<\/p><\/div>\n<div>500 g bladpersilja (m\u00e5ste vara sl\u00e4tbladig)<\/div>\n<div>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/div>\n<div>3 tomater<\/div>\n<div>3\/4 dl f\u00e4rskpressad citronjuice<\/div>\n<div>1 dl olivolja<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk salt<\/div>\n<div>2 krm peppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Koka bulgurn enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r bort de grova stj\u00e4lkarna p\u00e5 persiljan och finhacka resten. Skala och finhacka l\u00f6ken. T\u00e4rna tomaterna.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienser med bulgurn.
