Det var en liten procedur, f\u00f6rst skulle potatisen sk\u00e4ras i \u00bd cm l\u00e5nga st\u00e4nger som skulle sk\u00f6ljas under rinnande vatten i en halvtimme. Sen skulle de f\u00f6rkokas i 6-7 minuter och sedan torkas f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ggas i frysen tills det var dags att fritera. F\u00f6rst f\u00f6rfriterade man tills de blev l\u00e4tt gyllenbruna och sen fick de rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper. Sen friterade man dem tills man var n\u00f6jd och d\u00e5 var de \u00e4ntligen klara.
