Vi googlade upp ett recept fr\u00e5n SVT, Tareq Taylor har lagat det i Go\u00b4kv\u00e4ll.<br \/>Lite annorlunda men v\u00e4ldigt gott.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ingredienser<\/div>\n<div>4 portioner<\/div>\n<div>Apelsinbakat ankbr\u00f6st<br \/>2 st ankbr\u00f6st<br \/>1 msk honung<br \/>1 st apelsin (saften)<br \/>salt och peppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Blomk\u00e5lspur\u00e9<br \/>300 g blomk\u00e5l<br \/>50 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>salt efter smak (ca 1 tsk flingsalt)<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5s<br \/>2 dl r\u00f6tt vin<br \/>stekspadet fr\u00e5n ankan<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Linser<br \/>4 dl beluga linser<br \/>2 kvist(ar) timjan<br \/>1 st \u00e4pple<br \/>4 st blad gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<br \/>1 st gul l\u00f6k<br \/>1 msk sm\u00f6r<br \/>1 dl av s\u00e5sen<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5 lagar du<br \/>Ankan<br \/>1. Rispa skinnet p\u00e5 ankan i ett rutm\u00f6nster och brun ankbr\u00f6sten p\u00e5 skinnsidan i en het stekpanna. Du beh\u00f6ver inte tills\u00e4tta n\u00e5got fett \u2013 det finn redan tillr\u00e4ckligt med fett p\u00e5 ankan. Salta och peppra.<br \/>2. L\u00e4gg de brynta ankbr\u00f6sten i en ugnss\u00e4ker form och l\u00e4gg en klick honung p\u00e5 varje br\u00f6st. Pressa apelsinsaften \u00f6ver ankan och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen, p\u00e5 160 grader i ca 15 minuter.<br \/>3. Ta ut ankan n\u00e4r innertemperaturen n\u00e5r 55 grader. T\u00e4ck inte \u00f6ver ankan med folie eller liknande \u2013 d\u00e5 kommer innertemperaturen bli f\u00f6r h\u00f6g n\u00e4r den st\u00e5r och vilar. L\u00e5t ankan st\u00e5 och vila minst 5 minuter innan du b\u00f6rjar att sk\u00e4ra upp.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Pur\u00e9n<br \/>1. Koka blomk\u00e5len i osaltat vatten. Mixa den kokta blomk\u00e5len i en mixer tillsammans med sm\u00f6ret. N\u00e4r du har en helt sl\u00e4t och fin pur\u00e9 smaks\u00e4tter du med salt efter eget tycke.<br \/>S\u00e5sen<br \/>1. Reducera vinet tillsammans med stekspadet fr\u00e5n ankan till en kraftig s\u00e5s. Mixa den eventuellt med en stavmixer innan servering. Smaka av med salt och peppar.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Linserna<br \/>1. Koka linserna i vatten utan salt tills de \u00e4r mjuka, men fortfarande har en liten k\u00e4rna. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och spola linserna i kallt vatten.<br \/>2. Hacka timjan och l\u00f6k fint. Riv eller hacka ner gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len grovt. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, timjan och gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l i sm\u00f6r. Tills\u00e4tt linser, s\u00e5sen och till sist \u00e4pple skuret i mindre t\u00e4rningar.
