Vispa gr\u00e4dden ganska h\u00e5rt. Tills\u00e4tt kondenserad mj\u00f6lk samt vaniljsocker under l\u00e5ngsam vispning. R\u00f6r tills allt har blandats. Blanda ner den sm\u00e4lta chokladen. H\u00e4ll glassmeten i en form som rymmer minst 1 liter. T\u00e4ck med folie och st\u00e4ll in i frysen i ca 5 timmar. Ta ut glassen ca 10 minuter innan servering om den hunnit bli riktigt h\u00e5rd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halloncoulis<\/strong><br \/>Riv skalet av en lime och pressa ur saften. Plocka bladen fr\u00e5n myntan och hacka h\u00e4lften fint. Spara fyra kvistar till dekoration. L\u00e4gg den hackade myntan p\u00e5 en tallrik. Stryk lite av limen p\u00e5 fyra glas och doppa glaset i myntahacket.<br \/>Mixa resterande mynta med florsocker, hallon, vatten, limesaft och limeskal tills det f\u00e5tt en fin konsistens. (Jag \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6rtjust i hallonk\u00e4rnor s\u00e5 jag silade s\u00e5sen sen ocks\u00e5) Servering<br \/>F\u00f6rdela coulisen i de fyra glasen och l\u00e4gg en kula vit chokladglass ovanp\u00e5.
