L\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l, ringla olivolja, fr\u00f6n, flingsalt och f\u00e4rsk rosmarin \u00f6ver, r\u00f6r om. Placera potatisarna i en smord form med den skivade potatissidan upp\u00e5t. Rosta i 225 grader i ca 45 min (lite beroende p\u00e5 potatisarnas storlek) \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>KAPRIS &amp; CITRONSM\u00d6R<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 gram sm\u00f6r, ej kylsk\u00e5pskallt<\/p>\n<p>3 msk sm\u00e5 gr\u00f6na kapris<\/p>\n<p>finrivet skal fr\u00e5n 1\/4 citron<\/p>\n<p>1 finhackad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>flingsalt<\/p>\n<p>G\u00d6R S\u00c5 H\u00c4R L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l och mixa med stavmixer till ett sm\u00f6r. L\u00e4gg kotletterna i en p\u00e5se och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver ev. \u00e5terstod av marinad. Knyt om p\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t marineras i ca 30 minuter. Torka sedan av k\u00f6ttet, sk\u00e4r snitt i fettkanten och grilla p\u00e5 grillen alt. stekpanna- n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 var sida tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Salta efter behag!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>OLIV &amp; TOMATSALLAD<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 gram mixade sm\u00e5tomater<\/p>\n<p>200 gram goda gr\u00f6na oliver<\/p>\n<p>Basilikablad<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>Salt\/ Svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>G\u00d6R S\u00c5 H\u00c4R Dela tomaterna och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l och blanda med gr\u00f6na oliver, basilikablad, olivolja, vitvinsvin\u00e4ger, salt &amp; peppar! \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vi hade \u00e4ven fyllda tomater till, jag tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott med tomater som varit i ugnen<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>FYLLDA TOMATER<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 st tomater, stora<\/p>\n<p>1 st schalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 st vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>25 g valn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>1 msk str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>0,5 dl bladpersilja, hackad<\/p>\n<p>flingsalt<\/p>\n<p>nymald peppar<\/p>\n<p>0,5 dl finriven parmesanost<\/p>\n<p>1,5 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Fyllda tomater:<\/p>\n<p>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Dela tomaterna och l\u00e4gg dem i en smord, ugnsfast form.<\/p>\n<p>2. Hacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och valn\u00f6tter. Blanda med str\u00f6br\u00f6d och persilja.<\/p>\n<p>3. F\u00f6rdela hacket p\u00e5 tomaterna. Salta och peppra, str\u00f6 p\u00e5 ost och droppa \u00f6ver olja.<\/p>\n<p>4. Gratinera i mitten av ugnen 12\u201315 minuter.
