V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<br \/>2. Blanda alla ingredienser till smulet utan havregryn i en bunke. Nyp samman allt i en smulig deg och tills\u00e4tt slutligen havregryn som ocks\u00e5 blandas ner.<br \/>3. K\u00e4rna ur \u00e4pplena, skala dem och sk\u00e4r i sm\u00e5 bitar eller klyftor. L\u00e4gg i en ugnsfast form (g\u00e4rna i gjutj\u00e4rn) och blanda med kanel, kardemumma och socker.<br \/>4. Toppa med smulet som du f\u00f6rdelar j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver formen. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i ca 30 minuter eller tills pajen f\u00e5tt l\u00e4tt gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg.
