Jag testade en ny variant p\u00e5 grynblandning som jag hittade p\u00e5 ICA, j\u00e4ttegott!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kakann\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/qq_57d9a7af2a6b229844c26908.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"image\" data-oid=\"57d9a7af2a6b229844c26908\" \/><\/div>\n<div>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Gr\u00f6nsakssallad <br \/>4 port valfritt gryn<br \/>\u00bd zucchini 1 paprika <br \/>250 gram champinjoner <br \/>\u00bd r\u00f6dl\u00f6k <br \/>2 msk olivolja <br \/>Salt och svartpeppar <br \/>1 ask machesallad <br \/>1 f\u00f6rp kokta r\u00f6da linser <br \/>150 gram fetaost <br \/>\u00bd p\u00e5se tinade granat\u00e4pplen<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Dressing <br \/>3 msk olivolja <br \/>1\u00bd msk vit balsamvin\u00e4ger <br \/>1 tsk honung <br \/>\u00bd kruka basilika <br \/>1 tsk salt <br \/>1 krm svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<br \/>2. Gr\u00f6nsakssallad: Koka grynet efter anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Sila sedan av det och spola kallt. 3. Sk\u00f6lj och t\u00e4rna zucchini och paprika. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Sk\u00e4r svampen i kvartar och skala och grovhacka l\u00f6ken. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Blanda gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med olja, salt och peppar efter smak. Rosta i ugnen ca 15-20 min.<br \/>4. Dressing: Mixa olja, balsamvin\u00e4ger, honung, basilikablad, <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 salt och peppar i en blender eller med hj\u00e4lp av en stavmixer till en sl\u00e4t dressing. <br \/>5.
