Bra att ha f\u00e4rdig n\u00e4r man ska g\u00f6ra pizza, pastas\u00e5s eller n\u00e5got liknande, och det \u00e4r alltid godare att g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv.<br \/>Fastnade f\u00f6r en som min favorit Johan Hedberg, alias <a href=\"http:\/\/matgeek.se\/\">Matgeek<\/a>,\u00a0tipsade om i hans blogg. Har ni inte sett hans fantastiska youtubetips m.m s\u00e5 g\u00f6r det, de \u00e4r j\u00e4ttebra!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r man:<\/p>\n<div>15 stora tomater<br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<br \/>1 schalottenl\u00f6k<br \/>F\u00e4rsk timjan<br \/>F\u00e4rsk basilika<br \/>Olivolja (ta nu f\u00f6r guds skull en bra)<br \/>Salt<br \/>Nymald svartpeppar<br \/>1 msk str\u00f6socker<br \/>2 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1.S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<br \/>2.Dela tomaterna och l\u00e4gg dem i en ugnsfast form med snittytan upp\u00e5t.<br \/>3.Finhacka vitl\u00f6k och schalottenl\u00f6k och str\u00f6 dem d\u00e4refter \u00f6ver tomaterna.<br \/>4.Hacka en bunt basilika och riv av lite timjanblad. F\u00f6rdela dem j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver tomaterna.<br \/>5.Salta och peppra. Avsluta med att ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver.<br \/>6.In i ugnen tills de bakats s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r en del yta och b\u00f6rjar sl\u00e4ppa v\u00e4tska. Ta d\u00e5 ut dem och h\u00e4ll ner rubbet i en blender eller mixer. K\u00f6r tills det blir en n\u00e5gorlunda j\u00e4mn konsistens.<br \/>7.H\u00e4ll ner i en kastrull, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger, socker och lite extra salt om det beh\u00f6vs. Koka upp och l\u00e5t puttra sakta tills det uppn\u00e5tt \u00f6nskv\u00e4rd konsistens. Jag gillar n\u00e4r det blir tjock, n\u00e4stan gr\u00f6tig s\u00e5s.
