Vi gjorde lite olika asiatiska recept ikv\u00e4ll, edamerb\u00f6nor med soya, salt och chiliflakes, j\u00e4ttegott men inget konstigt.<br \/>Salmalax, med soyadressing och wasavbikr\u00e4m, sis\u00e5d\u00e4r, smakade bara starkt men det asiatiska r\u00e5biffen!!<\/div>\n<div>W O W!!!<\/div>\n<div>Gott som attans och \u00e4ter det mer \u00e4n g\u00e4rna om igen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Recept:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong>:<br \/> ca 150 g innanl\u00e5r av n\u00f6t (mald) Be k\u00f6ttdisken mala det \u00e5t dig om du inte har en k\u00f6ttkvarn.<br \/> 3 msk gari (sushi-ingef\u00e4ra)<br \/> ca 10 st shiitakesvampar<br \/> 1 st vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<br \/> f\u00e4rsk koriander<br \/> 2 msk chilimayo<br \/> 2 msk friterad l\u00f6k (k\u00f6p rostad l\u00f6k om du inte orkar fritera)<br \/> 1 dl soja<br \/> 1 tsk ingef\u00e4ra<br \/> 2 tsk pressad\u00a0lime<br \/> Sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/> Ev. 3 msk tapioka<br \/> Salt &amp; svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br \/> Stek svampen i sm\u00f6r tillsammans med vitl\u00f6k och salt.<br \/> Koka tapiokan tills den \u00e4r genomskinlig och sk\u00f6lj den med kallt vatten.<br \/> H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 sojan, pressad lime\u00a0och riven ingef\u00e4ra. (har du inte tapioka s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker det med att du blandar soja med ingef\u00e4ra och lime).<br \/> Blanda f\u00e4rsen med salt och svartpeppar, smaka av.<br \/> L\u00e4gg upp f\u00e4rsen i fyra olika \u201dklumpar\u201d p\u00e5 ett fat.<br \/> Sprid ut svamp, gari och mayo.<br \/> Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 rostad\/friterad l\u00f6k och sesamfr\u00f6n p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsen.<br \/> L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 tapiokan\/sojan och toppa med f\u00e4rsk koriander!<\/p>\n<p>Vi hoppade tapiokan, orkade inte ens leta efter det<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>hittade inte chilimajonn\u00e4s heller men de rekommenderade kimchiaoili p\u00e5 NKs k\u00f6ttdisk och vilken smak!!! ojoj den var god, och det blev s\u00e5 gott alltihopa, v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt att g\u00f6ra, smakade s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 gott!!<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kakann\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2017-02-24_194623_58b0a28be087c3147fa84a61.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"image\" data-oid=\"58b0a28be087c3147fa84a61\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Egentligen vet jag inte vad det \u00e4r med r\u00e5biff, men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott!<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kakann\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/signatur_577767c29606ee10a2ae9c80.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; display: block;\" class=\"image\" data-oid=\"577767c29606ee10a2ae9c80\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ibland tr\u00e4ffar man bara r\u00e4tt.
