Lite lam tomats\u00e5s bara, visst kunde man \u00f6sa p\u00e5 med lite chili men d\u00e5 blir den bara stark, jag skulle vilja att den var mer smakrik men annars gott, jag gillar kycklingf\u00e4rs, mycket godare \u00e4n n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs.<\/p>\n<div>Frikadeller<br \/>500 gram kycklingf\u00e4rs <br \/>\u00bd gul l\u00f6k <br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta <br \/>1 \u00e4gg <br \/>\u00bd dl str\u00f6br\u00f6d <br \/>1 tsk torkad basilika<br \/>1 tsk salt <br \/>\u00bd tsk svartpeppar <br \/>Olivolja<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tomats\u00e5s<br \/>\u00a0\u00bd gul l\u00f6k<br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta <br \/>Olivolja<br \/>1 msk tomatpur\u00e9<br \/>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<br \/>1 f\u00f6rp passerade tomater <br \/>2 tsk honung<br \/>1 krm chilipulver <br \/>1\u00bd tsk torkad oregano<br \/>1 tsk gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<br \/>Salt och svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tillbeh\u00f6r<br \/>4 port ris <br \/>\u00bd salladshuvud <br \/>\u00bd gurka<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1. Tillbeh\u00f6r: Koka ris enligt anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<br \/>2. Tomats\u00e5s: Skala och finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k till b\u00e5de s\u00e5s och frikadeller. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hetta upp lite olja i en vid kastrull och fr\u00e4s h\u00e4lften av l\u00f6ken hastigt utan att den tar f\u00e4rg. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9n och rosta tills det f\u00e5r en m\u00f6rk f\u00e4rg, men inte br\u00e4nd. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 balsamvin\u00e4ger och l\u00e5t det reducera i ca 10 sek. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tills\u00e4tt passerade tomater, honung, chilipulver, oregano och buljong. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen st\u00e5 och puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock.<br \/>3. Frikadeller: L\u00e4gg f\u00e4rsen i en bunke tillsammans med resten av den finhackade l\u00f6ken. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Blanda i \u00e4gg, str\u00f6br\u00f6d och krydda med basilika, salt och svartpeppar. <br \/>4. Forma ca 12-14 st bullar av f\u00e4rsen med vattensk\u00f6ljda h\u00e4nder. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Hetta upp en stekpanna med lite olja och stek kycklingbullarna n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver kycklingbullarna i tomats\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t det sm\u00e5koka i ca 10-15 min under lock.<br \/>5. Tillbeh\u00f6r: Sk\u00f6lj sallad och gurka. Sk\u00e4r salladen i stora bitar och skiva gurkan. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat och ringla \u00f6ver lite olja och vin\u00e4ger.
