Blanda f\u00e4rsen med l\u00f6k, senap, \u00e4gg och gr\u00e4dde. Krydda med salt och peppar.<br \/>2.Forma till biffar och vira en baconskiva runt varje.<br \/>3.L\u00e4gg de torkade trattkantarellerna i ljummet vatten ca 10 minuter.<br \/>4.Stek biffarna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i en stekpanna i rapsolja. Stek ca 2 minuter p\u00e5 var sida.<br \/>5.Ta upp biffarna ur pannan. Krama vattnet ur svampen och l\u00e4gg den i pannan tillsammans med hackad l\u00f6k och fr\u00e4s lite l\u00e4tt under omr\u00f6rning. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 buljong, vin och gr\u00e4dde och l\u00e5t koka till simmig konsistens. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
