Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden och l\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttet. L\u00e5t marinera i minst en timme men g\u00e4rna i kylsk\u00e5p ett dygn.<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5s: Finhacka jordn\u00f6tterna, g\u00e4rna i matberedare. Koka upp kokosmj\u00f6lk, currypasta, soya, socker, limesaft, fisks\u00e5s och jordn\u00f6tter. L\u00e5t sjuda utan lock i ca 40 minuter.<\/div>\n<div>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg pinnarna ca 30 minuter\u00a0 i kallt vatten och s\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader grill.<\/div>\n<div>Tr\u00e4 upp k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 spetten och grilla dem h\u00f6gt upp i ugnen ca 4 min p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/div>\n<div>Servera med ris och gurksallad<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gruksallad:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>1 gurka<\/div>\n<div>1 r\u00f6d chili<\/div>\n<div>3 msk vatten<\/div>\n<div>2 msk r\u00e5socker<\/div>\n<div>1 msk 12% \u00e4ttiksprit<\/div>\n<div>2 krm salt<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Sk\u00e4r gurkan tunna skivor, g\u00e4rna med mandolin. K\u00e4rna ur och finhacka chilin. Blanda vatten, socker, \u00e4ttika och salt och r\u00f6r tills socker och salt har l\u00f6st sig. V\u00e4nd ner gurka och chili.
