F\u00f6rst bakade vi dock egna korvbr\u00f6d\u00a0som g\u00e5r fort att g\u00f6ra, f\u00f6rutom j\u00e4stiden d\u00e5 men helt klart v\u00e4rt m\u00f6dan. G\u00e5r inte att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med de man k\u00f6per, varken konsistens eller smak.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Korvbr\u00f6d:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>500 g mj\u00f6lk 3 % fetthalt<br \/>75 gram j\u00e4st<br \/>750 gram vetemj\u00f6l <br \/>50 gram sm\u00f6r rumstempererat<br \/>15 gram havssalt<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>1\u00a0Blanda alla ingredienser och arbeta degen i hush\u00e5llsmaskin i 10 minuter, eller f\u00f6r hand minst dubbelt s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. L\u00e5t degen vila i bunken i 30 minuter. <br \/>2\u00a0Dela degen i 25 delar. Rulla varje del till 12 cm l\u00e5nga br\u00f6d. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek i 1 1\/2 timme i rumstemperatur. <br \/>3\u00a0S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. St\u00e4ll in br\u00f6den i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda dem i cirka 10 minuter. <br \/>4\u00a0Frys in de br\u00f6d som du inte ska anv\u00e4nda s\u00e5 fort de svalnat n\u00e5got.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00e5r \u00e4ven att anv\u00e4nda till hamburgerbr\u00f6d. Vi gjorde lite st\u00f6rre korvbr\u00f6d, blev 12 st + 5 hamburgerbr\u00f6d, Vill du ha lite &#8221;nyttigare&#8221; korvbr\u00f6d s\u00e5 byt ut 150 g av vetemj\u00f6let till antingen r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l eller grahamsmj\u00f6l.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Lobsterroll (2 port)<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>k\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n en hummer<br \/>1-2 msk majonn\u00e4s<br \/>2 msk hackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<br \/>2 msk extra finhackad stj\u00e4lkselleri<br \/>\u00bd-1 msk f\u00e4rskpressad citronsaft<br \/>cayennepeppar<br \/>salt &amp; peppar<\/div>\n<div>Till servering:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>2 korvbr\u00f6d <br \/>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1\u00a0Blanda hummerk\u00f6tt, majonn\u00e4s, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k (spara lite till garnering), selleri och citronsaft.
