Perfekt n\u00e4r de s\u00e4ljer f\u00e4rsk broccoli billigt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>300 g ostronskivling<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>300 g champinjoner eller shiitake<br \/>125 g salladsl\u00f6k<\/div>\n<div>3 msk vita sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>250 g broccoli<br \/>1 msk sesamolja<\/div>\n<div>4 port klibbig ris<\/div>\n<div>rapsolja till stekning<br \/>salt<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5s<br \/>2 dl japansk soja<br \/>4 msk mirin<br \/>2 msk socker<br \/>1 msk risvin\u00e4ger<br \/>1 klyfta vitl\u00f6k<br \/>2 cm ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>1-2 msk vatten<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>Koka riset efter anvisning p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<br \/>Dela svampen i mindre bitar. Stek f\u00f6rst svampen i en torr stekpanna s\u00e5 att svampen sj\u00e4lv sl\u00e4pper sin v\u00e4tska. N\u00e4r all v\u00e4tska fr\u00e5n svampen kokat bort, tills\u00e4tt rapsolja och stek p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna. Vispa under tiden ihop s\u00e5sen (det g\u00e5r bra att minska p\u00e5 sojan och ers\u00e4tta med vatten om man vill ha mindre salt s\u00e5s).\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Strimla salladsl\u00f6ken grovt. Rosta sesamfr\u00f6na i en torr panna tills de \u00e4r gyllene.<br \/>Sk\u00e4r broccolin i mindre buketter och stek p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i rapsolja i ca 2 minuter.
