Har testat att ha i dem i smoothies och d\u00e5 k\u00e4nner man inte smaken och jag slipper k\u00e4nna konsistensen som \u00e4r lite slemmig tycker jag. Nu hittade jag n\u00e4r jag googlade runt att n\u00e5gon hade gjort den h\u00e4r blandningen:<\/p>\n<p>1 dl keso<\/p><\/div>\n<div>1 dl turkisk yoghurt<\/div>\n<div>1 mango i bit (jag tog \u00e4ven med hallon)<\/div>\n<div>1 krm vaniljsocker<\/div>\n<div>1 msk chiafr\u00f6n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Blanda ihop allt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 kallt \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>Ska testa det till frukost, en sista chans f\u00e5r de stackars fr\u00f6na, annars ger jag upp!
