Pensla tonfisken med olivolja, salta och rulla i sesamfr\u00f6n.<\/span><br \/><span>2. Hetta upp en panna och sota tonfisken snabbt runtom, s\u00e5 den fortfarande \u00e4r r\u00e5 i mitten. L\u00e5t vila.<\/span><br \/><span>3. Blanda alla ingredienser till vinegretten. Smaka av och justera syra\/salt.<\/span><br \/><span>4. Fritera risnudlar i 180\u00b0 tills de puffar upp och blir krispiga. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 papper. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver tajin eller citronpeppar och salt.<\/span><br \/><span>5. Blanda tryffelmajonn\u00e4sen.<\/span><br \/><span><span>6. Skiva tonfisken tunt och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 tallriken med friterade risnudlar, sj\u00f6gr\u00e4ssallad och ringla vinegrett \u00f6ver.
