Snabbmat men med fr\u00e4scha r\u00e5varor och man f\u00e5r komponera sin egen r\u00e4tt och dessutom kan man se hur m\u00e5nga kalorier ens r\u00e4tt inneh\u00e5ller om man tycker s\u00e5nt \u00e4r intressant. K\u00f6tt\/kyckling och fisk \u00e4r svenska och du kan \u00e4ven f\u00e5 ett helvegetariskt alternativ.<br \/> Min favorit \u00e4r nudlar, fl\u00e4sksida med red currys\u00e5s, starkt och galet gott. Trodde aldrig fl\u00e4sk kunde vara s\u00e5 gott men oj oj oj.<br \/> Det h\u00e4r m\u00e5ste vi testa hemma t\u00e4nkte jag och M. S\u00e5 vi k\u00f6pte en fl\u00e4sksida n\u00e4r vi var i aff\u00e4ren och sen hem och googlade recept. Hittade ett av Erik Videg\u00e5rd, och \u00e4r det n\u00e5n som kan kinesisk mat s\u00e5 \u00e4r det den mannen.<br \/> Det tog sin lilla tid att g\u00f6ra, s\u00e5 det var ingen &#8221;snabbmat&#8221; hemma direkt men v\u00e4rt den tiden det tog. Smakade fantastiskt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>500 g f\u00e4rsk fl\u00e4sksida med sv\u00e5l<br \/> 40 g f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, oskalad<br \/> 2 salladsl\u00f6k<br \/> 3 msk olja<br \/> 5 dl buljong (kokv\u00e4tskan)<br \/> 1 msk m\u00f6rk soja<br \/> 2 msk risvin (alt. torr sherry)<br \/> 0,75 tsk salt<br \/> 3 msk farinsocker<br \/> 1 stj\u00e4rnanis<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/> L\u00e4gg fl\u00e4sksidan i en gryta med vatten, l\u00e5t vattnet koka upp och skumma v\u00e4l.<br \/> L\u00e4gg ner ingef\u00e4ran och stickl\u00f6ken i vattnet och l\u00e5t fl\u00e4sket sjuda i 40 minuter.<br \/> Ta upp fl\u00e4sket och l\u00e4gg det i press i kylen \u00f6ver natten. Spara kokv\u00e4tskan buljongen. Sk\u00e4r fl\u00e4sket i \u00bd-1 cm skivor med sv\u00e5len kvar.<br \/> Hetta upp oljan i en wok och fr\u00e4s fl\u00e4sket ett par minuter f\u00f6r att karamellisera ytan.
