{"id":49010432,"date":"2018-05-03T22:34:43","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T20:34:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kakann.se\/2018\/may\/kycklingpaj-med-getost-och-grillad-paprika.html"},"modified":"2018-05-03T22:34:43","modified_gmt":"2018-05-03T20:34:43","slug":"2018_may_kycklingpaj-med-getost-och-grillad-paprika","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kakann.se\/?p=49010432","title":{"rendered":"Kycklingpaj med getost och grillad paprika"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00c5hhh det h\u00e4r var s\u00e5 himla gott, en riktig bjudpaj!\u00a0 Jag fuskade och anv\u00e4nde f\u00e4rdigt pajskal eftersom jag inte orkade att vara duktig och g\u00f6ra skalet sj\u00e4lv, men det var gott i alla fall.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Pajdeg<\/strong>: (om man vill vara duktig)<br \/>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>1 krm salt<br \/>1-2 msk vatten<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Fyllning<\/strong>:<br \/>1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>2-3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>1 msk sm\u00f6r till stekning<br \/>3 stora grillade paprikor fr\u00e5n burk (ca 175 g)<br \/>400 g kycklingf\u00e4rs (funkar med lammf\u00e4rs med)<br \/>1 tsk torkad timjan<br \/>Salt<br \/>Nymalen svartpeppar<br \/>Chiliflakes<br \/>2 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>2 \u00e4gg<br \/>1 msk honung<br \/>100 g Chevr\u00e9 i tunna skivor<br \/>150 g k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater (g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 kvist, ser snyggt ut)<br \/>N\u00e5gra kvistar f\u00e4rsk timjan till garnering<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Pajdeg<\/strong>: Hacka samman sm\u00f6r, mj\u00f6l och salt till en grynig massa. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet, lite i taget och arbeta samman tills du ser att degen g\u00e5r ihop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kavla eller tryck ut degen i en pajform, ca 24 cm i diameter. Nagga pajskalet och l\u00e5t vila i kyl ca 30 minuter. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Fyllning<\/strong>: Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken. Stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i sm\u00f6r n\u00e5gra minuter utan att det tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t paprikan rinna av och hacka den i grova bitar. Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4rsen, timjan och paprikan till l\u00f6kfr\u00e4set och forts\u00e4tt steka det ett par minuter. Smaka av med salt, svartpeppar och chiliflakes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vispa ihop cr\u00e8me fraiche, \u00e4gg, honung, salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kl\u00e4 pajskalet med folie och f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda det i mitten av ugnen i ca 15 minuter. Ta bort folien efter 10 minuter. Ta ut pajskalet, l\u00e4gg i fyllningen och toppa med getosten. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggstanningen. Stick ner n\u00e5gra hela tomater p\u00e5 kvist i fyllningen och gr\u00e4dda pajen i mitten av ugnen i ca 25-30 minuter.
