Var enkelt att g\u00f6ra och g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rbereda, passar p\u00e5 vilket buff\u00e9bord som helst.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver du:<\/p>\n<p>250 gram Kavring<\/p><\/div>\n<div>100 gram sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>5 gelatinblad<\/div>\n<div>400 gram phialdelphiaost<\/div>\n<div>3 dl creme fraiche 34 %<\/div>\n<div>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k finhackad<\/div>\n<div>1 burk med r\u00f6d kaviar<\/div>\n<div>500 gram r\u00e4kor med skal<\/div>\n<div>2- 3 msk finhackad f\u00e4rsk dill<\/div>\n<div>1 msk nypressad citronsaft<\/div>\n<div>salt &amp; peppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/p>\n<p>Mixa br\u00f6det i mixer ,sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och blanda i br\u00f6dsmulorna.<\/p><\/div>\n<div> R\u00f6r tills det det blir lite degigt, f\u00f6rdela ut i en form med avtagbara kanter ( cirka 24 cm) platta till och st\u00e4ll kallt.<\/div>\n<div> L\u00e4gg sedan gelatinbladen i kallt vatten i cirka 5 minuter. Under tiden r\u00f6r du ihop creme fraiche, philadelphiaost,<br \/> Finhacka l\u00f6ken ( en halv om det \u00e4r en st\u00f6rre l\u00f6k ) och skala och hacka r\u00e4korna. R\u00f6r ner detta i creme fraiche smeten, och v\u00e4nd sedan ner finhackad dill, citron och romen. Smaka av med salt &amp; peppar. \u00a0Krama ur vattnet ur gelatinbladen och sm\u00e4lt p\u00e5 svag svag v\u00e4rme \u2013 tills alla har sm\u00e4lt samman.
