H\u00e4ll pver gurka, jordn\u00f6tter och r\u00e4disor och blanda v\u00e4l och st\u00e4ll i kylen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biffarna<\/strong>: Tag bort yttersta skalet fr\u00e5n citrongr\u00e4set och hacka resten riktigt fint. Blanda alla ingredienser till biffarna och forma till 8 sm\u00e5 biffar och stek dem gyllene och frasiga.
