Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till salsan och smaka av med salt. Blanda vitl\u00f6k med alla torra kryddor, socker och salt.<br \/>2. Str\u00f6 ut p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da och v\u00e4nd k\u00f6ttskivorna i kryddblandningen. Grilla (eller stek k\u00f6ttet, gick precis lika bra) k\u00f6ttet tills de \u00e4r genomstekta och har fin f\u00e4rg, 2-4 min per sida. <br \/>3.
