I vanliga fall brukar jag fylla den med gorgonzolaost men den h\u00e4r blev det lite italienska smaker.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>4 port<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>500 g k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs n\u00f6t- eller blandf\u00e4rs <br \/>4 msk str\u00f6br\u00f6d <br \/>1\u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>1 gul l\u00f6k <br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta <br \/>1 msk sm\u00f6r<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>1 \u00e4gg <br \/>3 msk tomatpur\u00e9 <br \/>2 tsk torkad timjan <br \/>1 tsk salt <br \/>1 krm peppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Fyllning:<\/div>\n<div>Ruccola<br \/>1 burk kron\u00e4rtskockshj\u00e4rtan, hackade<br \/>100 gr salami, strimlad<br \/>125 g mozzarella, i bitar<br \/>ett par matskedar r\u00f6d pesto<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0. L\u00e5t str\u00f6br\u00f6d och mj\u00f6lk sv\u00e4lla i 5 minuter i en bunke. Skala och finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. <br \/>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken mjuk i sm\u00f6r-&amp;rapsolja i en stekpanna. <br \/>Blanda \u00e4gg, tomatpur\u00e9, kryddor, stekt l\u00f6k och f\u00e4rs i bunken med str\u00f6br\u00f6det, r\u00f6r till en sl\u00e4t f\u00e4rs. <br \/>Forma h\u00e4lften av f\u00e4rsen till en limpa i en smord ugnss\u00e4ker form.<br \/>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 fyllningen, bred f\u00f6rst r\u00f6d pesto sedan str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kron\u00e4rtskockshj\u00e4rtan, mozarella, salami och ruccola.<br \/>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 resten av smeten.<br \/>\u00a0Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen ca 35 min eller tills innetemperaturen \u00e4r 70 grader.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kakann\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/p1000458_59c2b6e0e087c36d761022c7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"image\" data-oid=\"59c2b6e0e087c36d761022c7\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tv\u00e5 r\u00e4tter som passar utm\u00e4rkt i matl\u00e5dan:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Thail\u00e4ndska minibiffar<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0500 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs <br \/>\u00a02 msk r\u00f6d currypasta <br \/>\u00a01 pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta <br \/>\u00a01 kruka hackad persilja <br \/>\u00a01 tsk salt <br \/>\u00a01 msk olivolja<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/div>\n<div>Blanda f\u00e4rsen med currypasta, vitl\u00f6k, persilja och salt. Dela, k\u00e4rna ur och sk\u00e4r paprikorna i bitar.<br \/>Bryn den gula l\u00f6ken och paprikan i h\u00e4lften av oljan i en gryta tillsammans med mortlad kummin n\u00e5gra minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg.<br \/>Pressa i vitl\u00f6k. R\u00f6r ner tomatpur\u00e9 och fr\u00e4s ytterligare n\u00e5gon minut. Tills\u00e4tt tomatkross och buljong och l\u00e5t det koka upp.<br \/>Bryn f\u00e4rsen i resten av oljan i en stekpanna, l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver den i grytan. L\u00e5t koka ca 5 minuter.
