J\u00e4ttegod, speciellt jag tycker det eftersom jag \u00e4lskar buljong.<br \/>N\u00e4r jag var ung s\u00e5 h\u00f6ll jag p\u00e5 med en diet med hj\u00e4lp av bara buljong och fiberrikt br\u00f6d.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>R\u00e4tten har en v\u00e4ldigt salt smak men s\u00e5 god.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>4 portioner<\/div>\n<div>\u00a02 skivor fl\u00e4skkarr\u00e9 <br \/>\u00a0200 g champinjoner, delade <br \/>\u00a01 msk sesamolja <br \/>\u00a01 msk japansk soja<\/div>\n<div><strong>Buljong<\/strong> <br \/>\u00a01 liter vatten <br \/>\u00a01 kycklingbuljongt\u00e4rning <br \/>\u00a00.5 dl fisks\u00e5s <br \/>\u00a02 msk japansk soja <br \/>\u00a01 msk str\u00f6socker<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0lite chiliflakes<\/div>\n<div><strong>Till servering<\/strong> <br \/>\u00a04 \u00e4gg <br \/>\u00a0250 g \u00e4ggnudlar <br \/>\u00a0100 g salladsl\u00f6k <br \/>\u00a02 msk sesamfr\u00f6n, rostade<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>1. V\u00e4nd runt karr\u00e9 och champinjoner i sesamolja och soja. L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet i en tr\u00e5ng form och l\u00e4gg svampen ovanp\u00e5. Stek mitt i ugnen ca 30 min.<\/div>\n<div>2. Blanda alla ingredienser till buljongen i en kastrull och v\u00e4rm. Tills\u00e4tt skyn fr\u00e5n det stekta k\u00f6ttet till buljongen. Smaka av och sp\u00e4d med vatten om buljongen \u00e4r f\u00f6r salt.<\/div>\n<div>3. L\u00e4gg ner \u00e4ggen i kokande vatten, l\u00e5t koka i exakt 6 min och spola av med kallt vatten. Dela dem p\u00e5 mitten med skalet p\u00e5 och gr\u00f6p ur \u00e4gget med en sked.<\/div>\n<div>4. Koka nudlarna enligt anvisningen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. Skiva salladsl\u00f6karna fint, \u00e4ven det gr\u00f6na. Skiva k\u00f6ttet tunt och dela eventuellt p\u00e5 svamparna. F\u00f6rdela nudlarna i fyra tallrikar, toppa med k\u00f6tt, svamp, \u00e4gg och salladsl\u00f6k.
