Skala och finhacka l\u00f6ken. Skala rotsellerin och potatisen. Sk\u00e4r dem i mindre bitar. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken mjuk i olja i en stor kastrull i ca 5 minuter p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt rotsellerin, potatis, vin, lagerblad och buljong. Koka tills rotsellerin \u00e4r helt mjuk i ca 30 minuter.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>2. Ta upp lagerbladet och mixa soppa sl\u00e4t. Tills\u00e4tt <span>cr\u00e8me <\/span>fraiche och citronsaft och koka upp soppan igen. Smaka av med salt. Sp\u00e4d med mer buljong om soppan blivit f\u00f6r tjock.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>3. Rosta n\u00f6tterna i en torr stekpanna ca 5 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt honung och rosmarin och r\u00f6r om. H\u00e4ll upp n\u00f6tterna p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller en oljad tallrik. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt. L\u00e5t svalna. Hacka n\u00f6tterna grovt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>4. Toppa soppen med den rivna osten och n\u00f6tterna.
