Blev riktigt goda.<\/p>\n<p>Recept:<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver du till cirka 25 biskiver :<\/p>\n<p>300 gram mandelmassa<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4ggvita ( ett stort \u00e4gg eller tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 )<\/p>\n<p>Fyllning :<\/p>\n<p>150 gram rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4ggula<\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 dl florsocker<\/p>\n<p>1\/5 citron (skal + saft)<\/p>\n<p>1msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>Vit (eller m\u00f6rk) choklad att doppa i<\/p>\n<p>( T\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 att alla ingredienser till fyllningen m\u00e5ste vara rumsvarma- annars kan sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men sk\u00e4ra sig )<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r : St\u00e4ll ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader Riv ner mandelmassan i en bunke och r\u00f6r ihop till en smet \/ deg med \u00e4ggvitan och socker. Spritsa eller klicka ut p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda i mitten p\u00e5 ugnen i cirka 10- 18 minuter , de ska fortfarande vara lite sega i mitten.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t bottnarna svalna och r\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienser till sm\u00f6rdegen. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att smaka av sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r den s\u00e5 sur \/ s\u00f6t som du vill ha den. Bred ut ett toppigt eller runt lager p\u00e5 \u201dundersidan \u201d av biskvibotten.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll svalt och sm\u00e4lt under tiden chokladen. Den ska inte bli f\u00f6r varm- utan l\u00e5t den svalna n\u00e5got.
