{"id":347809536,"date":"2021-03-13T11:47:23","date_gmt":"2021-03-13T10:47:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kakann.se\/2021\/march\/maaagisk-fisksoppa.html"},"modified":"2021-03-13T11:47:23","modified_gmt":"2021-03-13T10:47:23","slug":"2021_march_maaagisk-fisksoppa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kakann.se\/?p=347809536","title":{"rendered":"Maaagisk fisksoppa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r nog bland det b\u00e4sta jag har gjort n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller fisksoppa, sl\u00e5r n\u00e4stan mitt gamla recept p\u00e5 en<a href=\"https:\/\/kakann.se\/2014\/august\/rosevin-och-fisksoppa.html\"> fisksoppa<\/a> som \u00e4r s\u00e4kert \u00f6ver 30 \u00e5r gammalt, f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda ett utn\u00f6tt ord, soppan \u00e4r maaaagisk\u00a0\ud83d\ude48<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver du f\u00f6r 4 personer:<br \/>200gr lax<br \/>200gr torsk<br \/>200-300gr r\u00e4kor<br \/>4-8 pilgrimsmusslor<br \/>Delikatesspotatis f\u00f6r 4 pers<br \/>2st schalottenl\u00f6k<br \/>1 klyfta vitl\u00f6k<br \/>4dl fiskbuljong (t\u00e4rning)<br \/>2dl vitt vin<br \/>2-3dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>1 kruka dill<br \/>1dl neutral olja<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<br \/>Koka potatisen n\u00e4stan klar i saltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av och l\u00e5t svalna s\u00e5 du kan ta i dem. Krossa dem l\u00e4tt med handflatan eller gaffel och l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t, ringla \u00f6ver lite olja och rosta i ugnen p\u00e5 200C tills krispga p\u00e5 utsidan och mjuka inuti. Ca 40min -1 tim.<br \/>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och l\u00e4gg i en panna. Svetta n\u00e5gra minuter med en klick sm\u00f6r eller olivolja. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och reducera tills h\u00e4lften \u00e5terst\u00e5r. Tills\u00e4tt fiskbuljong och l\u00e5t det koka tills ca 60% \u00e5terst\u00e5r. Mixa sl\u00e4t. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och reducera s\u00e5sen till en fin t\u00e4t konsistens. Smaka av med salt.<br \/>Mixa 70% av dillen med olja och en nypa salt i n\u00e5gra minuter. Sila av f\u00f6r en sl\u00e4t olja eller beh\u00e5ll som den \u00e4r f\u00f6r en mer rustik olja.
