Spola dem sedan kalla, skala och sk\u00e4r dem i skivor.<br \/>3. Sk\u00f6lj och halvera tomaterna och sk\u00f6lj och sk\u00e4r gurkan i bitar. Sk\u00f6lj salladen.<br \/>4. Dela varje laxfil\u00e9 i 4 bitar s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r stora kuber. Salta och peppra p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. Stek laxkuberna i olja i en varm stekpanna ca 3-4 min p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor.<br \/>5. Dressing: Vispa ihop olja, balsamvin\u00e4ger, senap och honung i en sk\u00e5l.
