Vi beh\u00f6vde inte \u00e5ngra oss, trots att varken jag eller M \u00e4r \u00f6verf\u00f6rtjusta i pasta s\u00e5 var det h\u00e4r j\u00e4ttegott. V\u00e4l v\u00e4rt att prova, jag skulle kunna t\u00e4nka mig att minska\u00a0sm\u00f6rm\u00e4ngden lite i b\u00f6rjan men det \u00e4r ingen mager r\u00e4tt, men p\u00e5 en l\u00f6rdagskv\u00e4ll \u00e4r det till\u00e5tet.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver man till 4 pers (3 personer om man \u00e4r riktigt hungrig)<\/p>\n<p>Tagliatelle\/Fettucine 320 g<\/p><\/div>\n<div>4 f\u00e4rska salsicciakorvar<\/div>\n<div>2 msk olivolja<\/div>\n<div>200 g sm\u00f6r (100&#215;2, anv\u00e4nds vid olika tillf\u00e4llen)<\/div>\n<div>200 g skivade champinjoner<\/div>\n<div>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n<\/div>\n<div>1 kvist f\u00e4rsk rosmarin<\/div>\n<div>1 dl vitt vin<\/div>\n<div>2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/div>\n<div>salt<\/div>\n<div>svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Sk\u00e4r korven i sm\u00e5bitar, n\u00e4stan som f\u00e4rs (dra av skinnet f\u00f6rst) \u00a0och bryn i 2 msk olja och 100g sm\u00f6r. Tills\u00e4tt svampen, vitl\u00f6ken, f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6na och rosmarin. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vita vinet och l\u00e5t koka in. H\u00e4ll sedan p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och l\u00e5t det koka p\u00e5 l\u00e4gg v\u00e4rme i ca 15 min. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
