H\u00e4ll av vattnet och l\u00e5t potatisen \u00e5nga av en stund. L\u00e4gg potatisarna i en ugnsfast form och tryck till dem med hj\u00e4lp av baksidan av t.ex en tr\u00e4slev s\u00e5 de krossas l\u00e4tt. Ringla \u00f6ver olja och flingsalt.<br \/>Finhacka f\u00e4rsk persilja\u00a0 och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver tillsammans med finriven parmesan.
