Skala och sk\u00e4r den och l\u00f6ken i klyftor. L\u00e4gg klyftorna i en ugnsfast form och ringla \u00f6ver olivolja. <br \/>R\u00f6r om och blanda ner rosmarin. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<br \/>St\u00e4ll in i 200\u00b0 varm ugn och baka i ca 35 minuter.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Finhacka l\u00f6ken och pressa vitl\u00f6ken till biffarna. Blanda samman med f\u00e4rsen och smaka av med salt och peppar. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggulorna och blanda v\u00e4l.<br \/>Forma 10 biffar. Hetta upp en panna med sm\u00f6r och stek biffarna gyllene p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor, ca 5 minuter per sida.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver biffarna i en ugnsfast form.
