Som att fylla pastar\u00f6r l\u00e4tt och smidigt.<\/p>\n<p>1 pkt Canneloni r\u00f6r<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Fyllning till pastar\u00f6ren:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>sm\u00f6r<br \/>200 g bladspenat (ej fryst)<br \/>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\u00bd st citron<br \/>400 g ricotta<br \/>2 st mozzarella<br \/>1 msk tryffelolja<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Tomats\u00e5sen:<\/strong><br \/>2 st gul l\u00f6k<br \/>3 st vitl\u00f6ksklyfor<br \/>1,5 st sj\u00e4lkselleri<br \/>olivolja<br \/>1 msk r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<br \/>2 msk tomatpure<br \/>1 burk passerade tomater<br \/>1 burk k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater (eller krossade tomater)<br \/>1,5 dl r\u00f6tt vin<br \/>1 msk honung<br \/>salt<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>pecorino eller parmesan<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Fyllning cannelloni:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>L\u00e4gg en klick sm\u00f6r i pannan och stek spenaten tills den fallit ihop. <br \/>Addera salt, 1-2 st riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta och en halv pressad citron. L\u00e5t de puttra ihop lite och l\u00e4gg i en bunke. <br \/>Blanda i ricotta, s\u00f6nderriven mozzarella, tryffelolja och smaka av med salt och ev mer citron. <br \/>Fyll i smeten i en plastp\u00e5se och klipp av ena \u00e4nden s\u00e5 det blir som en sprits, spritsa sedan cannellonirullarna med smeten och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan. (Blir ca 20 rullar)<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Tomats\u00e5s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Hacka l\u00f6ken, 3 st vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och sellerin och fr\u00e4s p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i en kastrull med rikligt med olivolja i 5 min. <br \/>L\u00e4gg i tomatpuren och r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger och blanda runt. H\u00e4ll i burkarna med tomat, vin, honung och smaka av med salt. L\u00e5t puttra ihop i minst 10 min. <br \/>Eftersom tomats\u00e5sen ska in i ugnen sen beh\u00f6ver den inte puttra s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge utan g\u00e5r klart i ugnen sen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Fyll en ugnss\u00e4ker form med tomats\u00e5sen och l\u00e4gg cannellonin ovanp\u00e5.<\/div>\n<div>Riv p\u00e5 rikligt med pecorino eller parmesan. <br \/>Gr\u00e4dda p\u00e5 175 grader i 25 min.
