L\u00e4gg i majsst\u00e4rkelse och v\u00e4nd runt s\u00e5 alla kycklingbitar t\u00e4cks av st\u00e4rkelsen.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll ca 1 cm olja i botten p\u00e5 en wok (eller stekpanna) och stek kycklingen i 3 omg\u00e5ngar till gyllene och frasig runtom. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 trippelt hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll av det mesta av oljan i woken och fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och chili i n\u00e5gra sekunder. H\u00e4ll i apelsinjuice, risvin\u00e4ger, ostrons\u00e5s samt socker och smula ner kycklingbuljongt\u00e4rning. L\u00e5t koka upp.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ut majsst\u00e4rkelsen i vattnet. H\u00e4ll i redningen i woken, b\u00f6rja med lite, l\u00e5t den koka och se hur konsistensen tjocknar.
