Skala och sk\u00e4r palsternackan i 2 cm stora t\u00e4rningar. Stek l\u00f6ken mjuk i oljan i en stor kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt palsternacka, vitl\u00f6k och rosmarin och stek ett par minuter till.
