Salta skivorna och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ca 15 minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stek auberginen i omg\u00e5ngar i olivoljan i en stekpanna, s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tomats\u00e5s<\/strong>: <br>Skala och hacka vitl\u00f6ken fint. Snitta skinnet p\u00e5 korven och smula ner f\u00e4rsen i en het gryta med olivoljan. Bryn f\u00e4rs och vitl\u00f6k samtidigt som korvf\u00e4rsen smulas s\u00f6nder med en tr\u00e4slev. Tills\u00e4tt tomater och vatten. Mosa s\u00f6nder tomaterna med sleven. Koka s\u00e5sen sakta under lock ca 10 minuter.<br>Hacka basilikan grovt. R\u00f6r ned basilika och salt i s\u00e5sen, samt smaka av med peppar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0C, \u00f6ver- och underv\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riv parmesanen fint p\u00e5 ett rivj\u00e4rn. Skiva mozzarellan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4ll ca 2 dl tomats\u00e5s i botten av en ugnsform (ca 30&#215;20 cm). L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lager med lasagneplattor och bred p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av kvarvarande tomats\u00e5sen och h\u00e4lften av aubergineskivorna.
