Recept fr\u00e5n Zeinas Kitchen<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>500 g kokta kik\u00e4rtor<br \/>4 msk tahini (sesampasta)<br \/>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<br \/>1-2 citron (justera syra efter smak)<br \/>1 tsk salt<br \/>Ca 0,5-1 dl vatten (beroende p\u00e5 hur l\u00f6s du vill ha din hummus)<\/div>\n<div><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><br \/>L\u00e4gg tahini, salt, citronsaft och pressad vitl\u00f6k i en matberedare eller anv\u00e4nd en stavmixer. Mixa i ca 1 min tills tahinin blir en fast och vit massa. Hoppa inte \u00f6ver detta moment, n\u00e4r du mixar tahinin f\u00e5r den en mild och god smak och den ger dig en extra kr\u00e4mig hummus. Efter att du har mixat i ca 1 min kommer tahinin bli ganska fast i konsistensen, sp\u00e4d ut med lite vatten och mixa lite till. N\u00e4r den k\u00e4nns kr\u00e4mig tills\u00e4tter du kik\u00e4rtorna. Mixa i ca 2-3 min, \u00f6ppna upp matberedarens\u00a0lock och skrapa ner kanterna med j\u00e4mna mellanrum. Smaka av hummusen och tills\u00e4tt eventuellt mer salt, citron eller vitl\u00f6k. Gillar du spiskummin kan du tills\u00e4tta en nypa.<br \/>N\u00e4r kik\u00e4rtorna \u00e4r helt finf\u00f6rdelade b\u00f6rjar du sakta sp\u00e4da ut hummusen med vatten, samtidigt som mixern \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng. Forts\u00e4tt mixa tills kik\u00e4rtsr\u00f6ran \u00e4r helt len och kr\u00e4mig. Hummusen ska varken vara torr eller f\u00f6r l\u00f6s i konsistensen. Servera humusen direkt eller t\u00e4ck v\u00e4l och f\u00f6rvara i kylen fram till servering.
