Nu \u00e4r M inte lika f\u00f6rtjust i rom som jag s\u00e5 vi gjorde\/k\u00f6pte lite andra r\u00f6ror att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Recept:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>3 dl mj\u00f6lk <br \/>1 paket j\u00e4st, (50 g) <br \/>2 dl bovetemj\u00f6l <br \/>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l <br \/>2 st \u00e4gg <br \/>1 nypa(or) salt <br \/>50 gram sm\u00f6r<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tillagning<br \/>1. V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken till 37 grader. Smula ner j\u00e4sten i en bunke, h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r om tills j\u00e4sten har l\u00f6st sig.<br \/>2. Tills\u00e4tt b\u00e5da mj\u00f6lsorterna och vispa till en j\u00e4mn smet. Dela \u00e4ggen i gula och vita och vispa ner gulorna och salt i mj\u00f6lblandningen.<br \/>3. L\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 framme och j\u00e4sa under bakduk i 40 minuter.<br \/>4. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum. Blanda ner sm\u00f6r och \u00e4ggvitor i den j\u00e4sta smeten.<br \/>5. Gr\u00e4dda i blinipanna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. V\u00e4nd och gr\u00e4dda ocks\u00e5 andra sidan.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Vi hade en gravlaxr\u00f6ra, skagenr\u00f6ra och sojamarinerad lax till.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>R\u00f6rorna k\u00f6pte vi.
