Hon menar p\u00e5 att det bara \u00e4r smaks\u00e4ttning men jag vill ha s\u00e5s, gott att blanda ut riset.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Till 4 pers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400 gr kycklingfil\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>2 pak choi delade mitten (eller 1 broccolihuvud i buketter och den skalade stammen i t\u00e4ndsticksstavar)<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6d paprika i 2\u00d72 cm bitar<\/p>\n<p>2 mor\u00f6tter i tunna slantar<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k i halvm\u00e5nar<\/p>\n<p>2 stora vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>0,5 dl oystersauce (finns i den asiatiska hyllan i butik)<\/p>\n<p>1 msk svart b\u00f6npaste (finns i den asiatiska hyllan i butik eller i asiatisk livsmedelsbutik)<\/p>\n<p>3 msk socker<\/p>\n<p>1 msk sesamolja<\/p>\n<p>150 gr cashewn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>Rapsolja att steka i<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. R\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sk\u00e4r kycklingfil\u00e9n i tunna skivor. Fr\u00e4s p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme med en hackad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta till n\u00e4stan klart. St\u00e4ll undan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, mor\u00f6tter och paprika tillsammans med den andra vitl\u00f6ksklyftan p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. V\u00e4rmen m\u00e5ste vara h\u00f6g, annars kokar b\u00e5de kyckling och gr\u00f6nsaker, och det vill vi inte. Det ska fr\u00e4sa hela tiden s\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta! Fr\u00e4s endast i n\u00e5gra minuter. Tills\u00e4tt till sist pak choi och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med endast en minut.<\/p>\n<p>4. N\u00e4r gr\u00f6nsakerna f\u00e5tt ett snabbt genomfr\u00e4s och fortarande \u00e4r mycket sp\u00e4nstiga tills\u00e4tt den stekta kycklingen och s\u00e5sen. R\u00f6r om v\u00e4l och smaka av ifall n\u00e5got beh\u00f6vs tills\u00e4ttas.
