Gnid in fisken med salt och peppar. Skala och hacka l\u00f6k och jord\u00e4rtskockor. Fr\u00e4s dem i sm\u00f6r i en kastrull utan att de f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde, mj\u00f6lk och fond. L\u00e5t koka upp och koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills jord\u00e4rtskockorna \u00e4r mjuka, ca 7 min. Torka av fisken och bryn den runt om. L\u00e4gg den i en ugnss\u00e4ker form och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver sm\u00f6ret. Tillaga i mitten av ugnen 10-15 min tills innertemperaturen \u00e4r 50\u00b0 eller fisken k\u00e4nns fast. L\u00e4gg citron och dragon i s\u00e5sen och mixa den sl\u00e4t och skummig. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Servera fisken med s\u00e5sen, l\u00e4ttkokta mor\u00f6tter och\u00a0 potatismuffins.<\/div>\n<div>TIPS:<br \/>Mixa med mixerstav precis vid ytan, s\u00e5 blir s\u00e5sen skummig.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Potatismuffins<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ingredienser<br \/>800 g mj\u00f6lig potatis<br \/>25 g\u00a0 Sm\u00f6r<br \/>150 g cheddar riven<br \/>3 \u00e4gg<br \/>2 krm salt<br \/>2 krm svartpeppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Skala och koka potatisen mjuk i saltat vatten. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0. Pressa potatisen genom pur\u00e9press i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r, 2\/3 av osten, \u00e4gg, salt och peppar. R\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet och f\u00f6rdela i muffinsformar av papper. Toppa med resten av osten.
