Men det \u00e4r inte samma sak. S\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi var hos Melanders s\u00e5 sa M:<\/p>\n<p>-Din fisksoppa d\u00e5? <\/p>\n<p>\u00c5hhh det var ett tag sen, s\u00e5 vi k\u00f6pte f\u00e4rdigskuren fiskmix i fiskdisken och lite r\u00e4kor och kr\u00e4ftor. Resten hade vi hemma.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1\u00a0hackad gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<div>olja till stekning<\/div>\n<div>1 tsk oregano<\/div>\n<div>1\u00a0tsk timjan<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd\u00a0skivad f\u00e4nk\u00e5l<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd skivad zucchini<\/div>\n<div>1 grovriven\u00a0morot<\/div>\n<div>400 g hela tomater p\u00e5 burk<\/div>\n<div>6 dl\u00a0vatten<\/div>\n<div>2\u00a0fiskbuljongt\u00e4rningar<\/div>\n<div>1\u00bd dl vitt matlagningsvin<\/div>\n<div>2 pressade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/div>\n<div>0,5 g saffran<\/div>\n<div>350\u00a0g blandad fisk<\/div>\n<div>150 g r\u00e4kor\/kr\u00e4ftor<\/div>\n<div>smaka av med salt &amp; peppar<\/div>\n<div>\u00bd dl klippt dill<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Vitl\u00f6ksaioli<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/div>\n<div>2 \u00e4ggulor<\/div>\n<div>2,5 dl rumsvarm olja<\/div>\n<div>0,5 tsk salt<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken sakta i olja i en stor gryta. Smula \u00f6ver oregano och timjan. Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, zuccini, mor\u00f6tter\u00a0och tomaterna med spad. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet. Smula ner buljongt\u00e4rningarna och koka under lock ca 30 minuter.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tills\u00e4tt vin, vitl\u00f6k och saffran efter halva koktiden. L\u00e4gg i fisken, delad i ca 3 cm stora bitar. Sjud 3-4 minuter. Smaka av, l\u00e4gg i r\u00e4korna\/kr\u00e4ftorna och klipp \u00f6ver dill.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Vitl\u00f6ksaioli:<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Pressa vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna i en sk\u00e5l. R\u00f6r ner tv\u00e5 \u00e4ggulor. Tills\u00e4tt oljan f\u00f6rst droppvis och sedan i en tunn str\u00e5le. R\u00f6r flitigt hela tiden.
