Dock kan det vara lite trixigt att f\u00e5 tag i tomaten som heter Oxhj\u00e4rta, s\u00e4ljs s\u00e4llan i vanliga livsmedelsaff\u00e4ren utan titta i saluhallen.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Lagom \u00e5t 4 personer som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 stora tomater av sorten oxhj\u00e4rta<br \/>en nypa salt<br \/>1 tsk str\u00f6socker<br \/>1 avokado, skalad och urk\u00e4rnad<br \/>4 msk finhackad silverl\u00f6k<br \/>2 msk fint skuren salladsl\u00f6k<br \/>2 msk picklade senapsfr\u00f6n <br \/>2 tsk finhackad gr\u00f6n chili (spansk peppar)<br \/>2 msk r\u00f6kig majonn\u00e4s (vanlig majonn\u00e4s med lite r\u00f6kessens)<br \/>2 msk olivolja, extra virgin<br \/>2 ekologiska limefrukter<br \/>salt och nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tillagning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dag 1<\/strong><br \/>Sk\u00e4r ett litet kryss i tomaten vid f\u00e4stet d\u00e4r kvisten har suttit och dra sedan av skalet med en kniv.
