Skala och koka potatisen riktigt mjuk. Pressa potatisen i potatispress, tills\u00e4tt potatismj\u00f6l, vetemj\u00f6l, \u00e4ggulor, salt och blanda till en deg. T\u00e4rna fl\u00e4sket sm\u00e5tt och stek knaprigt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Ta en bit deg, stor som en pingisboll, platta ut i handen, l\u00e4gg ca en tsk t\u00e4rnat fl\u00e4sk i mitten, vik ihop och rulla till en sf\u00e4r. Upprepa med resten av degen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Rosta hasseln\u00f6tterna i torr stekpanna tills de f\u00e5r svarta fl\u00e4ckar p\u00e5 skalen. Gnid av skalen i en fuktig handduk. Krossa n\u00f6tterna fint. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en tjockbottnad kastrull och l\u00e5t bubbla p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills sm\u00f6ret doftar kn\u00e4ck. Tills\u00e4tt n\u00f6tkrosset och smaka av med salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Koka upp rej\u00e4lt med v\u00e4l saltat vatten i en stor gryta. Koka kroppkakorna tills de flyter upp till ytan. Fiska upp dem med en h\u00e5lslev och stek i sm\u00f6r tills de f\u00e5tt lite yta runt om.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5.
