Vi tjuvstartade redan idag eftersom de kom med kassarna lagot till middagstid. Vi valde fiskr\u00e4tten som var en crunchig\u00a0sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9 med varm dills\u00e5s, kokt potatis och sugar snaps. Enkelt men v\u00e4ldigt gott. Tycker r\u00e4tterna i p\u00e5sarna \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt enkla och g\u00e5r fort att laga. Ska man vara kritisk s\u00e5 kan jag tycka att r\u00e4tterna \u00e4r lite v\u00e4l enkla men det \u00e4r v\u00e4l meningen gissar jag men sj\u00e4lv skulle jag vilja ha lite mer annorlunda r\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<div>Sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9<br \/>2 \u00e4gg<br \/>2 dl str\u00f6br\u00f6d, g\u00e4rna panko <br \/>Salt och svartpeppar <br \/>600 gram sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9 <br \/>Sm\u00f6r och olivolja<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Dills\u00e5s <br \/>\u00bd gul l\u00f6k <br \/>1 msk sm\u00f6r <br \/>2 dl gr\u00e4dde <br \/>1 dl mj\u00f6lk <br \/>\u00bd tsk vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<br \/>Salt och svartpeppar<br \/>\u00bd kruka dill<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Tillbeh\u00f6r<br \/>700 gram potatis <br \/>150 gram sugar snaps<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>1. Tillbeh\u00f6r: Skala potatisen och koka i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader.<br \/>2. Sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9: Vispa ihop \u00e4ggen i en djup tallrik. H\u00e4ll str\u00f6br\u00f6d p\u00e5 en flat tallrik. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Salta och peppra sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9erna och doppa dem f\u00f6rst i \u00e4ggen och sedan i str\u00f6br\u00f6det. <br \/>3. Stek sp\u00e4ttafil\u00e9erna i sm\u00f6r och olja p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. F\u00f6rvara i ugnen till servering.<br \/>4. Dills\u00e5s: Skala och finhacka l\u00f6k. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken lite hastigt. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och mj\u00f6lk och l\u00e5t det koka ihop p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Smaka av s\u00e5sen med vitvinsvin\u00e4ger, salt och peppar. Blanda ner dillen i s\u00e5sen strax innan servering.<br \/>5.
