Rosta i ugnen tills gyllene, ca 25 minuter. Sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna och mosa ihop dem ordentligt. Skiva salladsl\u00f6ken tunt och riv vitl\u00f6ken. Blanda med b\u00f6norna.<br \/>Blanda ned bulgur, str\u00f6br\u00f6d, soja, lite neutral olja samt salt och peppar. L\u00e5t smeten vila.<\/p>\n<p>Skiva silverl\u00f6k mycket tunt och l\u00e4gg i isvatten. Hacka persiljan grovt.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda majonn\u00e4s och sriracha i en sk\u00e5l. Blanda majonn\u00e4s och dijonsenap i en annan.<\/p>\n<p>Torka av silverl\u00f6ken och blanda den med persiljan.<\/p>\n<p>Forma burgare av smeten. Stek dem gyllene i rapsolja p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 skivor ost p\u00e5 varje burgare och l\u00e5t den sm\u00e4lta.
